When used without an account: the audio file you upload, its filename, the style, release target and request text you choose, and your browser language setting.

When you pay: Paddle collects your email address and payment details in order to process the payment. We do not collect or store card numbers or other payment credentials.

Access logs (IP address, timestamp, error logs) may be generated automatically in the course of running the Service.

Uploaded audio is used solely to perform mastering and deliver the result to you.

Your request text is sent to an AI model (Anthropic's Claude API) to decide mastering parameters. The audio file itself is never sent — only measured values (LUFS, spectrum and similar) together with your request text.

**Uploaded audio is not used to train AI models.**

Paddle (payment processing, Merchant of Record) — payment details and email address.

Anthropic (deciding mastering parameters) — measured audio values and request text. The audio file is not transmitted.

We do not otherwise share your information with third parties, and we do not sell it.

Audio files and processing results are kept for as long as needed to provide the Service, then deleted.

If you ask us to delete them, we do so without undue delay.

Payment records are retained by Paddle for the period required by applicable law.

You may request access to, or deletion of, the files you uploaded. Contact support@masteringone.com and we will action it.

If you are in the EU or the UK, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability under the GDPR.

The Service uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Browser storage is used only to remember interface state such as your language choice.
