You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason, and it does not matter whether you have already downloaded or used the master.

This applies to single track purchases and to subscription payments alike.

Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in the confirmation email Paddle sent you, and select the refund option.

You can also email us at support@masteringone.com and we will arrange it with Paddle. We reply within 3 business days.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again after that.

You keep access until that period ends.

If a service failure prevents mastering from completing, that job is not charged. If it was already charged, we refund it.

If a delivered file is faulty, we will reprocess it or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for every purchase and processes all refunds. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval.

Paddle’s own Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply, and where they or your local consumer law give you stronger rights, those rights apply.
