1. Who we are and what the service does
MasteringOne (the "Service") is operated by MyBling Co., Ltd. (주식회사 마이블링), a company registered in the Republic of Korea, business registration number 390-87-03880, with its registered office at 2F, Daeneung Building, 21, Gangnam-daero 107-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul 06524, Republic of Korea. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean MyBling Co., Ltd.
MasteringOne automatically masters audio files you upload and returns the mastered file together with a report describing what was done.
The Service does not guarantee commercial success, acceptance by any distribution platform, or any particular level of audio quality. Mastering cannot repair problems introduced at the mix stage, and the quality of your source file sets the ceiling on the result.
2. Your rights and responsibilities
You must own or have the right to use the audio you upload. Do not upload files that infringe anyone else's rights.
You are responsible for any copyright dispute arising from what you upload. The Service is not a party to such disputes.
You retain copyright in the mastered result, as the rights holder of the original work. We claim no rights in your audio or in the master.
3. Upload limits
Up to 350MB and 15 minutes per file. Supported formats: WAV, FLAC, AIFF, MP3, OGG.
Unlimited plans are subject to a fair-use limit of 20 tracks per day and 300 tracks per month. This is set well above normal individual use; it exists to prevent resale and automated bulk processing.
Exceeding these limits, or reselling or brokering the Service, may result in restricted access.
4. File storage and deletion
Your uploaded original and the mastered result are stored so that processing and download can be provided. They are deleted promptly if you ask us to delete them.
Files may be deleted automatically after a period of time. Please keep your own copy of any master you download.
5. Changes and interruptions
We may change or improve the Service's features. Material changes that disadvantage paying customers will be announced in advance.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to circumstances outside our control, including infrastructure failure and outages at third-party providers such as payment or hosting services.
6. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the mastered result.
Our total liability to you will not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
7. Payments and seller of record
Payments are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller for each transaction and issues receipts and tax invoices.
Card details are handled entirely by Paddle. We never collect or store them.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy: a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no conditions.

1. 서비스 내용
MasteringOne(이하 "서비스")는 주식회사 마이블링(MyBling Co., Ltd., 사업자등록번호 390-87-03880, 서울특별시 서초구 강남대로107길 21, 2층)이 운영합니다. 이 약관에서 "회사"는 주식회사 마이블링을 말합니다.
MasteringOne는 이용자가 업로드한 오디오 파일을 자동으로 마스터링하여 결과물과 처리 리포트를 제공합니다.
서비스는 음원의 상업적 성공, 특정 플랫폼의 심사 통과, 특정 음질 수준을 보장하지 않습니다. 마스터링은 믹스 단계의 문제를 교정하지 못하며, 입력 파일의 품질이 결과물의 상한을 결정합니다.
2. 이용자의 권리와 책임
업로드하는 음원에 대한 저작권 및 이용 권한은 이용자에게 있습니다. 타인의 권리를 침해하는 파일을 업로드해서는 안 됩니다.
업로드로 인해 발생하는 저작권 분쟁의 책임은 이용자에게 있으며, 서비스는 이에 관여하지 않습니다.
마스터링 결과물의 저작권은 원저작물의 권리자인 이용자에게 귀속됩니다. 서비스는 결과물에 대한 어떠한 권리도 주장하지 않습니다.
3. 업로드 제한
파일당 최대 350MB, 최대 15분까지 지원합니다. 지원 형식은 WAV, FLAC, AIFF, MP3, OGG입니다.
무제한 플랜에는 공정사용 한도가 적용됩니다 — 1일 20곡, 1개월 300곡. 이는 정상적인 개인 창작 활동을 제한하지 않는 수준이며, 재판매·자동화 대량 처리 등 남용을 방지하기 위한 것입니다.
한도를 초과하거나 서비스를 재판매·중개하는 경우 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
4. 파일 보관과 삭제
업로드된 원본과 마스터링 결과물은 처리 및 다운로드 제공을 위해 보관되며, 이용자가 삭제를 요청하면 즉시 삭제됩니다.
일정 기간이 지난 파일은 자동 삭제될 수 있으므로, 결과물은 받으신 후 별도로 보관하시기 바랍니다.
5. 서비스 변경 및 중단
서비스는 기능을 개선하거나 변경할 수 있습니다. 유료 이용자에게 불리한 중대한 변경은 사전에 고지합니다.
천재지변, 설비 장애, 외부 서비스(결제·인프라) 중단 등 불가피한 사유로 서비스가 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.
6. 책임의 한계
서비스는 결과물의 사용으로 인해 발생한 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
서비스의 배상 책임은 해당 이용자가 직전 3개월간 지급한 이용료를 초과하지 않습니다.
7. 결제 및 판매자
결제는 Merchant of Record인 Paddle을 통해 처리됩니다. 결제 건의 판매자는 Paddle이며, 세금계산서 및 영수증은 Paddle이 발행합니다.
카드 정보는 Paddle이 직접 처리하며 본 서비스는 이를 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다.
